Installing the top plate board
After the walls and the beams inside the house have been installed, the upper groove of the wall panels is filled with mounting foam, then the top wall plate is inserted and fixed with 3,5 × 41 mm screws (figure 47).
Before proceeding to the next stage of construction, the installation of the structure must be inspected in accordance with technical supervision (Appendix No. 1. Technical Supervision of the Construction of a SIP Panel House Using SIPwall Technology).
