A house in Turkey — build or buy

For this family, a home of their own long seemed an unattainable dream. Before choosing a contractor, the clients visited the SIPwall show house, discussed their wishes with the specialists, and together prepared a custom sketch of their future home. The house kit area is 105,79 m², and the usable area is 93,64 m². The layout includes a spacious kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room and a terrace. Pros: speed, quality, attitude! Cons: none found! I know nothing about construction, but I really wanted a beautiful barnhouse-style home. I sat at home not knowing what to do with this wish, and came across SIP technology. I went to the SIPwall website and decided to call them, without even going into the details. It was 22:00 in the evening, but Andrey and Svetlana, despite being on vacation and it being a day off, met me at the office, explained everything in detail, reassured me, and two days after they returned we agreed to meet again, this time with a design. They told me everything about the technology, timeline and cost. Two days later the foundation was already ready, and two weeks after that the house kit arrived at the site and the work began.
