Yes. First the scope of changes is recorded and a design contract is signed. Once the documentation is issued, the final cost of the selected scope is calculated.
The exact scope depends on the chosen structural system and design. The house page shows a short summary; the full specification opens separately and is fixed in the contract.
Yes. Assembly recommendations and an album of technical solutions are provided for this. If needed, you can order technical supervision of the key stages.
Delivery of the house kit to Turkey and customs clearance are already included in the price of the house kit. Assembly, foundation and other works are priced separately for your plot in Gazipaşa, Alanya or Antalya; the final scope is agreed before work begins.
The warranty is 5 years — when the house is fully built, including exterior finishing.
A 70% advance, with the balance paid when the house kit is ready at the factory. The contract is concluded with the Turkish company SIPWALL LTD.
