Consent to the Use of Cookies
This document sets out the conditions under which the right holder and data controller of the website / (the “Website”), SIPWALL GAYRİMENKUL DANIŞMANLIK TEKSTİL TURİZM TİCARET İTHALAT VE İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (MERSİS No. 0770125112200001, Tax No. 7701251122, address: Oba Mah. 225 Sk. Summer Park Sitesi B Blok No: 8B İç Kapı No: 20, Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye) (the “Controller”), obtains and processes personal data of the Website user (the “User”) by means of cookies.
The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). For visitors from the European Union / European Economic Area, processing is also carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) where applicable.
Cookies are text files that the browser sends to the server each time pages of the Website are opened. The Controller uses these files, among other things, to authenticate the User, store the User’s personal preferences and settings, enable navigation on the Website and the proper functioning of Website services, for web analytics, tracking the status of the User’s access session, keeping statistics on Users and analytics.
The Website uses the following cookies:
- Session cookies – files used exclusively in temporary memory. These files are deleted when the User closes the web browser window.
- Persistent cookies – files stored on the device for a long period of time or until they are deleted manually. These files take into account information previously entered by the User and make it unnecessary to enter the same data on each visit to the Website.
Information collected by means of cookies (the User’s IP address, date and time of the visit to the Website, browser and its version, operating system and its version, device type and model, source of entry to the Website, information on the User’s behaviour on the Website (including the number and names of pages viewed), age, gender, interests, geographic data, other technical data (cookies, flash, java, etc.)) is not intended to identify the User on its own but may help the Controller improve the Website. This information is collected and analysed using the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service, transferred to its provider Yandex and to the Controller, and processed to evaluate the use of the Website, compile reports on Website activity, etc. As the provider’s servers are located outside Türkiye, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 KVKK and, where applicable, Chapter V GDPR.
By using the Website, the User confirms that they have carefully and fully read and understood the terms of use of cookies set out in this consent, gives their consent to the use of cookies and agrees to the terms of use of cookies in accordance with this consent.
Most web browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies from web resources. The User may refuse the use of, or block, all or certain cookies in their browser; however, in that case certain elements of the Website may not function properly.
The User may exercise their rights under Article 11 KVKK by applying to mail@sipwall.estate, withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
Where the GDPR applies, data subjects in the EU/EEA also have the right of access to their personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
