House kit assembly recommendationsSection 2 of 24

Purpose and scope

The technology is intended for houses built and used in non-aggressive and mildly aggressive environments, at an outer panel surface temperature from −50 °C to +75 °C and indoor relative humidity of no more than 50%. By design, the panels are of the “Sandwich” type.

The panels are used for load-bearing exterior and interior walls, partitions, roof coverings and floors.

SIP technology is used for:

  • construction of low-rise private housing;
  • construction of public buildings (shops, offices, kindergartens, etc.);
  • construction of multi-apartment residential buildings;
  • use of SIP panels as a structural and thermal insulation material for floors in other low-rise construction technologies;
  • use of SIP panels as a structural and thermal insulation material for roofs in other low-rise construction technologies;
  • use of SIP panels as a structural and thermal insulation material for walls in monolithic reinforced concrete houses.

Read this recommendation carefully and strictly follow the requirements set out in it, which are mandatory for the correct and safe use of a residential house.

General requirement: any structural changes you wish to make to your house during its use must be carried out only on the basis of a specially developed design agreed with our company.

Wooden houses and other buildings made of “SIPwall” panels for residential and public buildings are referred to hereinafter as “house”.

The house kit structures supplied by the Contractor meet the following requirements:

Houses are supplied as a kit in accordance with the design documentation and the signed technical specification. For transport, use only specially equipped vehicles (trailer, rear, side or top loading). During transportation of SIP panels, make sure the panels are protected from damage.

Prohibited: throwing the panels, subjecting them to mechanical impact, or standing them on a corner. Each panel has a marking that corresponds to its number in the technical documentation.
