General provisions

Read this manual carefully and follow its requirements strictly; they are mandatory for the correct and safe use of the home.

General requirement: any structural changes you wish to make to your house during its use must be carried out only on the basis of a specially developed design agreed with our company.

Timber houses or other buildings made of “SIPwall” panels using the ECOPAN technology for residential and public buildings (hereinafter the “House”).

The house kit structures are supplied by the Contractor and must meet the following requirements:

  2. Built-in strapping timber in panels – TU 16.23.19-006-44755395-2018 “Planed edged board”.

Before the House is installed, the foundation and the lower part of the panels must be treated with waterproofing compounds to prevent fungus on the material.
  3. Only the specialized fasteners specified in the design may be used in construction, to give the House structure its rigidity.
  4. During installation of the House, measures must also be taken to protect the fasteners from the weather.
  5. The roof and the natural supply and exhaust ventilation must be completed no later than 7 days after the House is set in place (cl. 8.6, SP 31-105-2002 Design and construction of energy-efficient single-family timber-frame houses, regarding the requirements for protecting the roof and house structures from rain, meltwater and snow).
  6. The facade must be completed no later than 15 days after the House is set in place (cl. 10, SP 31-105-2002 Design and construction of energy-efficient single-family timber-frame houses, regarding the requirements for protecting the external walls of the house from atmospheric moisture and air entering the structure).
  7. Windows and doors must be installed no later than 15 days after the House is set in place.
  8. The House structures may be stored unprotected for no more than 12 days. If the above requirements are not met, the manufacturer assumes no warranty obligations.
  9. Use soft slings when installing structures.
  10. After the House is erected, measures must be taken in the first few days to dry the timber structures evenly of their natural moisture.
  11. The House must have natural supply and exhaust ventilation installed in accordance with current SP (SNiP).

Prohibited:

  1. light open fires in the House or right next to it;
  2. install windows and entrance doors without providing the House with natural supply and exhaust ventilation in accordance with SP (SNiP);
  3. change the structure of the House without the written consent of the manufacturer;
  4. electrical work must be carried out only by qualified installers, to a design prepared in accordance with SP (SNiP).
  5. If these requirements are not met, the manufacturer assumes no warranty obligations for the quality of the wall elements.
