SIPwall Estate now builds houses and villas from SIP panels in Turkey – primarily in Alanya. Do not rush to ask a question: first read the answers below, perhaps what you are looking for is already there.
Where do you build?
In Turkey, primarily in Alanya and the surrounding area. Please check with a manager whether building in another Turkish city is possible.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we will gladly show you the SIPwall factory. Please agree the visit time with a manager in advance.
How is delivery carried out?
The house kit is delivered to Alanya by road: one Euro truck (20 t) holds a house kit of about 100 m². Delivery, insurance and customs duties are already included in the house kit price on the website (USD incl. KDV).
How long does it take to make a house?
It depends on the area: for example, a 100 m² house kit is made in 1,5 days. Delivery time to Alanya is added to this period.
Can I buy a house in installments or on credit?
SIPwall Estate is not a credit institution. The payment procedure and schedule are fixed in the contract – please ask a manager.
Can I see completed houses?
Photos, videos and construction stages of SIPwall houses are collected in the section “Completed houses”. We publish new building sites in the section “Useful and news”.
Is house delivery included in the house kit price?
Yes. The house kit price on the website includes delivery to Alanya, customs duties and KDV.
Are the veranda and porch included in the house kit?
Yes, we supply the floor structure (joists), support posts and beams, and rafters, without finish coverings.
What lumber do you use?
Only kiln-dried planed timber treated with a fire and bio-protective compound at the factory is used in making a panel-frame SIP house kit.

How long does construction take?
Based on SIPwall’s experience, a 100 m² house is assembled on a ready foundation in about a week – 10 days. Assembly times in Turkey are fixed in the contract.
