The house kit, produced to the design and ready for installation, is delivered to the construction site. 
It can be assembled in a matter of days, not weeks! The foundation for such a house does not need to be laid below the frost line, since the weight of the house is quite small and puts no significant load on the soil, which in turn reduces construction costs.
The “SIPwall” panels the house is built from are light and easy to assemble. The client's plot is also spared unnecessary damage from heavy machinery. All panels are marked and assembled according to the working drawings. Openings for windows and doors are prepared. Once installed, the walls and roof are completely ready for finishing. As soon as the windows and doors are in, we can begin interior finishing.
Thanks to the smooth surfaces of the panels, interior finishing is quick and easy. The floor panels are usually ready for flooring to be laid. Drywall is fixed to walls and ceilings directly on the panels, without leveling profiles. The exterior walls can be finished with a wide variety of materials — traditional facing brick, stone, plaster, wood cladding (plain or log-look block house), siding, panels and more.
It should be noted that with siding, the walls of the house need no additional frame and the vinyl cladding is fixed directly to the wall panels. The quality of the cladding is much higher than usual, as there are no voids behind it. When the walls are faced with brick or plaster, such houses take on a refined appearance, while far surpassing any other houses in structural quality and performance.
The cost of such a house is significantly lower than that of houses made from other materials!!!
Our houses let you significantly reduce the amount of construction waste on site, avoiding unnecessary time and expense for disposal. With our own licensed production, we manufacture the house kit to the agreed design and prepare it for transport to a construction site anywhere in the world.
Construction times for a house built with “SIPwall” technology.
Construction includes several stages:

2 days for preparatory work and the foundation;

2 weeks to erect the structure of the house;

2 weeks to install the utility systems;

1 month for interior finishing.
The total construction time is 2 - 2,5 months, and the house is yours!
