Payment for your house in stages
When the contract for building your future house is signed, SIPwall concludes a separate contract for each type of work. Each contract provides for an advance payment, and the final settlement after the service is completed.
Fixed prices for the entire construction period
SIPwall fixes the prices when the contract is signed and the estimate is agreed with the Client. The cost of work does not rise during construction.
Our own full-cycle production
The SIPwall Group of Companies is a full-cycle company:
- Our own timber harvesting (our own cutting areas)
- A site for sawing, drying, planing and processing lumber
- Our own modern, automated production of expanded polystyrene, sold under the POLARPLAST trademark
- New modern production of 2-section timber beams
- Our own factory for SIP panels and SIP houses, and a design and engineering department.
Thanks to these advantages, we are able to significantly reduce costs in the production of houses from SIP panels.
