Warranty, payment, acceptance and contracts
  • 5-year warranty — when we build the house in full, including exterior finishing.
  • Payment: a 70 % advance on signing the contract, the balance when the house kit is ready at the factory in Russia. The exact payment schedule is set out in the contract.
  • The contract is concluded by the Turkish company SIPWALL LTD.
  • Acceptance of the house kit takes place at the SIPwall factory, in person or remotely.
  • Each stage is a separate contract.

The minimum option applicable to this design is Premium.
What is not included in the price?
Foundation (slab), fasteners, windows and doors, roofing, facade and assembly are paid for separately, under separate contracts. You can calculate them in the quote block above. Delivery of the house kit to Alanya and taxes are already included in the price.
How is delivery calculated?
The house kit price includes delivery to Alanya, customs charges and KDV. Ask the manager about delivery from the warehouse in Alanya to your plot.
Can I assemble the house myself?
Yes, you can order just the house kit — it comes with assembly instructions.
Where is the house built?
In Turkey, primarily in and around Alanya. The house kit is made at SIPwall's own production facility, and assembly takes place on your plot in Turkey.
