Pros: speed, quality, attitude! Cons: none found! I know nothing about construction, but I really wanted a beautiful barnhouse-style home. I sat at home not knowing what to do with this wish, and came across SIP technology. I went to the SIPwall website and decided to call them, without even going into the details. It was 22:00 in the evening, but Andrey and Svetlana, despite being on vacation and it being a day off, met me at the office, explained everything in detail, reassured me, and two days after they returned we agreed to meet again, this time with a design. They told me everything about the technology, timeline and cost. Two days later the foundation was already ready, and two weeks after that the house kit arrived at the site and the work began. The crew are simply professionals! Real “cyborgs” of a new generation. I had never even heard of such speed and quality. The roof was ready on the fifth day, and a new crew led by Alexander arrived. They are all great: professional, precise and courteous. They finished the work on September 22 — in just 12 days! Svetlana — a special thank-you! She answered all my questions, supported me and oversaw the process. All partners work in harmony, under clear agreements. The quality is top level, and there is not a single kopeck beyond what was agreed. Panoramic windows, materials and service — everything is great! Foundation, delivery and assembly

Changes and custom design
- Any design can be modified to suit you.
- Concept design — ask the manager for the cost and timing.
- Changes are agreed before the house kit goes into production.
Warranty, payment, acceptance and contracts
- 5-year warranty — when we build the house in full, including exterior finishing.
- Payment: a 70 % advance on signing the contract, the balance when the house kit is ready at the factory in Russia. The exact payment schedule is set out in the contract.
- The contract is concluded by the Turkish company SIPWALL LTD.
- Acceptance of the house kit takes place at the SIPwall factory, in person or remotely.
- Each stage is a separate contract.
