Construction starts with choosing a design and a package. Once the decisions are agreed, the scope of work and documents is fixed. The house kit is made at the SIPwall factory, inspected and delivered to Turkey — Gazipaşa, Alanya or Antalya; delivery and customs are included in the kit price. Assembly on your plot is done under a separate construction contract. The exact sequence and scope depend on the design, the plot and the chosen package.
